Meditate on this for a moment today: Christ has entered into heaven itself to appear now before God as our Friend (Hebrews 9:24). It’s nearly breathtaking to believe this. We, who have done nothing to deserve His love, are befriended by the Savior of the world. And He bestowed the power of that friendship through the gift of the Holy Spirit. Truly, all things are possible if our faith is anchored in the God who gave both His Son and His Spirit.

May God’s love and the Holy Spirit’s friendship be yours (2 Corinthians 13:14).
